In this ONE day workshop, you will learn to make the Henrietta Skirt by Spaghetti Western. This versatile skirt is a great project for a beginner or improver. Learning skills like gathering and inserting an elastic waistband. This skirt can be made in a wide variety of fabrics.
All equipment and materials provided - including a copy of the pattern to take home, and fabric to make up the dress.
During the day you will:
learn how to take measurements and choose the appropriate size
make any minor adjustments necessary
prepare the pattern and fabric
cut and sew fabric
tackle skills such as gathering and hemming
make a unique garment you can be proud of and want to wear again and again
Maximum of 3 participants ensure you get the attention, space and time you need to complete the project.
In addition to a copy of the pattern and the fabric, a vegetarian LUNCH is provided.
